The Manifestation of the Darkness Within

So if this isn't made clear, this is Jack in his new look. When I first made Jack, I was in my Jekyll and Hyde craze and well, seeing my buddy, foxmaster55 keep Fleetway, I was thinking... Let's make him canon.. So here he is in all his Victorian/Edwardian evil glory. I tried to make him as dark as possible however, I like this idea.. I was seeing if I can make him like a Valeyard. Then it hit me right in the face. Jack is basically Jorge's Valeyard. A manifestation that appears within his Twelfth (Rainbow) and Final (Current) incarnation. So here he is.

A bit of Bio for those wondering.

Name: Jack
Species: None but takes the form similar to Jorge's current look
Personality: A trickster and manipulator. He plans things faster.
Powers: Uses the time energy to make things quicker or slower (Hence the golden glow in his eye).

Background: As the Twelfth Jorge was regenerating, he thought back in his previous lives, all good and bad. He did his best try his best to go on and he kept smiling but inside, he was getting angrier, and angrier. When he regenerated, his whole darker subconscious took a form of its own. His eyes glowed golden as he's filled with time itself and growled, yet grinned at the same time. He then started to chuckle and laugh as someone told a hilarious joke. He knew what the punchline is... His curse of bonding. With his first words being, "Time for this Jack to break out of its box.."
